INVITATION TO BID

 

REF: MOEM/UNDP/ENERGY/ROJECT-01/2021

Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MoEM) wishes to invite bids from qualified and registered contractors for:

 

Lot-1.

 

  1. Construction of street light power and phone charging facilities for Salahley IDP camp (inside Salahley town)

 

Key requirements for qualified bidders to be considered.

  1. Must have a physical address, valid license and tax clearance certificate.
  2. Must have proven experience on similar works and must have adequate capacity to provide the required services.
  3. Shall not have a conflict of interest in relation the execution of this service as determined by the bid evaluation committee.
  4. Shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the procuring entity or any relevant Government body.
  5. Shall have physical presence and open office in the desired distribution towns.

 

Bid documents will be available from 1st November to13th November 2021at the Ministry of Energy and Minerals Headquarter office.

 

Qualified and interested bidders can collect the bid document from the ministry of Energy website Ministry Of Energy & Minerals (https://moem.govsomaliland.org) and or collect the Office of procurement. Or ask robleh07@hotmail.com, or copy ahassan@moem-sl.com,

 

Sealed Tender Documents MUST be submitted to Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MoEM), before 16:00 Hrs Somaliland local time on 13th November 2021, Bids received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.
